Classification by material
304 stainless steel pipe: general-purpose stainless steel, containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel, excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for general fluid transportation.
316 stainless steel pipe: containing 2%-3% molybdenum, chloride corrosion resistance is stronger, suitable for marine engineering, chemical and other high corrosion environment.
321 stainless steel pipe: add titanium element, excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, suitable for high temperature environment.
Duplex stainless steel pipe: both austenite and ferrite characteristics, high strength, strong corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions.
Classification by manufacturing process
Seamless stainless steel pipe: made by perforation, hot rolling or cold drawing process, no weld, strong pressure bearing capacity, suitable for high pressure and high temperature environment.
Welded stainless steel pipes: Argon arc welding, plasma welding and other processes are used for welding, with low cost and suitable for general fluid transportation.
Classification by surface treatment
Smooth stainless steel pipe: smooth surface, suitable for food, medical and other areas with high hygiene requirements.
Polished stainless steel pipe: The surface is polished with high gloss, suitable for occasions with high decorative requirements.
Sandblasted stainless steel pipe: The surface is sandblasted, with anti-skid and wear-resistant characteristics, suitable for industrial equipment.
